Ingredients:
* 1 (6 count) pkg. English muffins
* 1 small jar pizza sauce (any flavor)
* 8 ounces pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
* 48 slices pepperoni (optional)
Directions:
Pour sauce onto open-face muffins. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on each muffin. Top each muffin
with a generous amount of cheese.
Bake in microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
